A quote is based on the scope and conditions described to us, including any photos you send.
If the property turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will discuss the change with you before carrying out extra work.
Quotes are valid for the scope agreed and are not an open-ended rate.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior cleaning depends on the weather. Rain or high wind can force a reschedule and we will contact you if that happens.
We do not guarantee a specific arrival time, because promising one for exterior work in this climate would not be honest.
Before we arrive
Access to an outdoor water tap and a reasonable path to the work area.
Vehicles moved clear of the surfaces being cleaned.
Pets kept inside during the wash and until surfaces are dry.
Any known fragile conditions — loose siding, failing paint, fragile screens, damaged glass — pointed out in advance.
Surfaces and pre-existing condition
We will tell you before starting if a surface is unlikely to recover fully, or if cleaning risks paint, sealer, or material in poor condition.
Pre-existing damage such as rot, failing paint, loose fixings, or cracked paving is not something cleaning can correct, and we are not responsible for revealing it.
We decline work that cannot be carried out safely, including unsafe height access or fragile roof surfaces.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote before work begins.
We do not add charges after the fact for work that was not agreed with you first.
