Information you give us

Your name and phone number.
Your email address, if you provide one.
The property address or city you enter.
The service you are asking about and any note you write.
Any photo you attach, which is stored separately from the lead record.
Your preferred contact window and whether you consented to text messages.

Why we use it

To prepare and send your quote.
To contact you about the work you asked about — by phone, text, or email according to the contact details you gave.
To schedule and carry out the job if you book.
To keep a record of the work for warranty and follow-up purposes.

Text messages

We only text you if you tick the SMS consent box.
Message frequency is limited to your enquiry, scheduling, and any follow-up about the work.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or ask us to delete your number and we will.
We do not sell or rent your phone number to anyone.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored in our customer records system and, while in transit, in our website's own queue.
Attached photos are stored separately from the written details.
Access is limited to the people who need it to quote and carry out the work.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information.
We do not share it with marketing lists or lead-buying services.
We do not add you to bulk mailing lists because you asked for a quote.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Reply STOP to any text to end text contact.
Tell us at any point that you no longer want the quote and we will close the enquiry.
